Hi, I'm Conor
I first picked up a dumbbell when I was 14 years old because, like most young fellas, I wanted to put on some muscle, get stronger, and feel more confident in myself. What started as a way to “get bigger” became something much bigger - I fell in love with the process of training, learning, and improving myself day after day.
But it wasn’t all smooth. I struggled with injuries, lack of knowledge, and discipline. At one point, when I was 16, I injured my back deadlifting because no one had ever shown me how to do it properly. I was out of all training for over a year. That was my lowest point - frustrated, stuck, and without a clue how to move forward.
But here’s the thing: I kept showing up. Even when I didn’t know what I was doing. Even when it was painful. I showed up every single day and held myself to the highest standard I possibly could. Over time, that simple habit of showing up became unbreakable.
