ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Conor

I first picked up a dumbbell when I was 14 years old because, like most young fellas, I wanted to put on some muscle, get stronger, and feel more confident in myself. What started as a way to “get bigger” became something much bigger - I fell in love with the process of training, learning, and improving myself day after day.

But it wasn’t all smooth. I struggled with injuries, lack of knowledge, and discipline. At one point, when I was 16, I injured my back deadlifting because no one had ever shown me how to do it properly. I was out of all training for over a year. That was my lowest point - frustrated, stuck, and without a clue how to move forward.

But here’s the thing: I kept showing up. Even when I didn’t know what I was doing. Even when it was painful. I showed up every single day and held myself to the highest standard I possibly could. Over time, that simple habit of showing up became unbreakable.

That experience changed me...

That experience changed me. I realised two things:

1. Knowledge and guidance matter - without them, you risk injuries and wasted time.

2. I love helping people. When my friends and family started asking me for advice, I realised the most rewarding feeling in the world wasn’t just building my own body, but teaching others how to change theirs.

That’s why I became a coach.

Where I am now...

Today, I’m miles ahead of where I started - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’ve built a body I’m proud of, a mindset that doesn’t quit, and a level of discipline that I now couldn't break if I tried - it’s who I am.

And as a coach, I live by one rule:

I will never ask my clients to do something I’m not willing to do myself.

I set the standard for me, and then I hold my clients to that same high standard. That’s how real change happens.

Why I coach...

Coaching is not just about sets and reps. It’s about transformation.

It’s about helping you:

Build a body you’re proud to live in.

Wake up with energy and excitement for life.

Create habits, discipline, and standards that free you from feeling stuck.

And when you change yourself, the ripple effect spreads - your friends, family, and the people closest to you notice, and they level up too.

That’s the butterfly effect of self-improvement.

How is this different?

There are millions of “online coaches” out there posting viral clips and cookie-cutter programs. That’s not me.

My coaching is:

Personalised: No cookie cutters. Every client gets a plan designed specifically for them.

Capped: I only work with a limited number of clients so I can give 1-to-1 attention and real results.

Accountability-driven: I believe everyone has another gear they can only unlock with a coach. I know because I have a coach myself.

Accountability is the cheat code to reaching your full potential.

Results-focused: I don’t care about fluff. I care about you ticking boxes, building discipline, and enjoying the process.

The simple philosophy

Fitness is simple.

✅ Show up.
✅ Do the work.
✅ Tick the boxes every day.
✅ Keep going when it’s hard.

That’s how you build the body and life you actually want.

And that’s exactly what I’ll help you to do.
