I've never worked out before - will your program work for me?

Yes. My coaching adapts to your starting point. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already lifting, I’ll build you a step-by-step system that matches your current level so you see progress immediately.

I've tried diets before and they just don't work for me

Most diets fail because they’re cookie-cutter and unsustainable. My program isn’t about starving yourself, it’s about creating a plan you can actually live with while still getting lean, strong, and athletic - or whatever your goal is.

Do I have to have a gym membership?

Not at all. I design programs for both gym and home setups. If you only have a few weights, or even just your bodyweight, I’ll make it work. The goal is results - not depending on fancy equipment.

How much time am I going to have to commit to this?

Most clients train 3-5 hours a week total. That’s less than 3% of your week. But that is completely based your schedule and lifestyle. The program is built to fit around your life, not take it over.

What if I have an injury?

Everyone has some sort of injury - but it would be a shame to let it stop you. No matter what you believe holds you back - there's a work around. If you’ve got past injuries, I’ll design safe and effective progressions. With the right plan, you can still achieve a physique you’re proud of.

Do I have to give up all my favourite foods?

No. I’ll show you how to fit the foods you enjoy into a structured plan. No extreme cutting, no fad diets - just smart choices that get you shredded without killing your social life.

What if I don't have time to meal prep?

I’ll give you quick, simple options that take less than 10 minutes to prepare. Meal prepping is good, but I understand it's not for everyone. It's just a tool, but there are thousands of tools at your disposal.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on how committed you are to the plan I give you. Most clients start seeing visible changes within the first 2-4 weeks, and dramatic changes in 3-6 months. The timeline depends on your consistency, but progress is guaranteed if you follow the plan.

I've had a coach before but it didn't work

Well number 1 is that I can't actually lift the weights for you - that's on you, and if you stick to the plan, you are guaranteed results.
